If
if for any reason you're not satisfied
with your purchase you may return it
within 15 days (the original packing slip
must be returned as well) for a full "no
questions asked" refund. Jot a note
on the packing slip indicating you wish
to receive a full refund.
Glasses
that break or are found to have a manufacturer’s
defect may be returned within 30 days
of purchase for replacement or credit.
But
if you sit on your glasses or drop and
break them, or if the dog gnaws on them
and they get scratched, that isn't considered
a manufacturer’s defect. You don’t
really expect us to replace glasses that
have been broken through abuse. Do you?
